Get Rid of Love Handles

"Love handles" is
jargon for a layer of fat deposited around a person's
midsection, usually visible on the sides just above the
hips. Called "love handles", they provide a
handy place to rest a hand while an arm is around a
person. Love handles are sometimes called a spare tire due
to the largd tire-like shape around the midsection. Most
people who want to lose love handles generally want to
improve their health or image or just feel better about
themselves.
Love handles are more
common on men than women, since the midsection is one of
the first areas where fat is stored in a man's body. Women
generally accumulate fat around the hips and thighs. Love
handles usually become more pronounced as a person ages
probably due to a lower physical activity level. This
lower level of activity makes it harder to exercise and
get rid of love handles.
Men and women both tend to
be self conscious about love handles, sometimes leading to
a negative body image. While there are many products
marketed for eliminating love handles, it's generally
agreed that spot reduction is impossible. The best way to
get rid of love handles is to lose fat by being more
active through cardiovascular exercises, such as walking,
weight training and by consuming fewer calories.
If you're going to be

love handles". Our first reaction is usually to
resolve to go out and do some kind of exercise and eat
less, but if you don't over eat in the first place, and
you get a fair amount of exercise every day, how do you

shirts that make you look good and feel good about
yourself so that people will notice the slimmer, more
vibrant you.
