Fat loss for men and women is not the same process unfortunately, and that is why you cannot use the same regiment of exercises to get the same end result. The positive results you are after are as different as men and women themselves. Don’t expect to accomplish anything that is not specifically designed for your body or your personal conditioning.
Fat loss is the obvious goal, but getting there, is knowing what is best suited for your weight loss process. Depending on your basis weight for your height and body structure is the key to setting realistic goals in accomplishing your weight loss.
Before you even get started in losing weight, you need to know that weight loss starts in your brain. Yes, unless your brain is re-conditioned first, you will not see the results you are after or at worse, you will revert back to the weight you may lose on a short term regiment.
The mind is trained to believe and accept the lies we tell it. I know that sounds weird or even farfetched but it’s true. If you think you can’t ride a bike, you won’t even try. If you think that you can’t do a push up, you won’t even try. So, knowing you can convince yourself to believe virtually anything is the first step in undoing your programmed brain.
Once you have accepted the fact that you must re-program your thought process, before you can accomplish fat loss, you can begin to see realistic accomplishments in losing the weight you want to lose and to keep it off. Fat loss is a conscious mind choice that is proven by the visual appearance of your body.
Stopping your cravings is the next step in fat loss. Talking back to your inner self, your mind, when it tells you to cheat, to eat junk, is necessary in order to stay on course in losing the weight and reaching your goal that is and will be your end result. Mind over matter is essential to getting the fat loss you expect. Expect and accept nothing less than what you want and you will see the efforts you put forth come to pass.
Sugar causes the body to trigger cravings, learn now, in order to reach fat loss, sugar is not good and will be your body’s enemy. Even foods that convert, once eaten, to sugar are just as much a foe, as a spoonful of raw sugar. Starches in the body convert to sugar and prevent fat loss, so you must refrain from those comfort foods that prevent you from losing weight.

Fat loss is basically, a process of retraining your brain and restructuring your body. Once the brain is educated on what is friend and what is foe, the choices you make on what you eat is much more obvious and the end results are accomplished. Reverting back to regaining weight is not an option, provided you train your brain to know what to and no to do.
Sugar substitutes are not an option, they will try to bypass the brains thinking process that sugar is still a good thing. Try going 2 weeks with no sugar and no sugar substitutes and your body will begin to detox of the sweet cravings and the fat loss process will begin.

As you begin to see that you can overpower and retrain your brain, you can begin to gain control of what it is you expect to see in your body. Caffeine is another area that must be met and dealt with next.
Caffeine causes the body to be dependent on a stimulant that is not necessary but trains the brain to think otherwise. Your next step is to go 2 weeks without any coffee, tea, or soft drinks. Drink water only, preferably filtered water, water that has no chemical ingredients like chlorine is better for you and it tastes better. I know water is supposed to be tasteless, but unless you drink filtered water, you will usually have a taste that is not as body friendly as filtered water. The body is 75% water; why not give it what it wants naturally?
By now, you are so doing what is required to beat fat loss, that you should see weight loss taking place and you haven’t even started a cardio health process. Don’t cheat yourself out of the easiest way to lose weigh that you have ever tried, not now, you are in control and you are the boss!
Eating healthy does not require you to eat bad tasting foods or diet foods. Oh did I say diet, forget that word, it stands for; Do I Eat Today? You should always eat and eat regularly. You just don’t eat foods that are your body’s enemy. Brain foods are good and good for you. Fat loss is knowing the best brain foods and using them to satisfy your hunger and to help you work with your body, not against it, in accomplishing your goal.
